Van Harte (from the heart), offers French style dinning in a contemporary setting with a cosy intimate atmosphere. The great location - in the heart of Amsterdam’s Nine Streets district - combined with its excellent cuisine has made it a local favourite!
Enjoy a light lunch, a snack during the day, a drink after shopping or linger over a three course dinner in the evening. If the weather is good, you can dine alfresco and watch the world amble by!
Van Harte only uses finest ingredients, delivered fresh every day. The beautifully presented dishes and high standards of the cuisine have won the restaurant a large following of regulars. The atmosphere is buzzing yet relaxed and the very friendly staff has a warm welcome for guests.
Lunch 11.00 – 16.30: light menu with the best of products and good quality.
Snacks served all day and evening: sample a glass of very special PX sherry, ideally with a L'Amuse cheese platter!
Dinner 18.00 - 23.00: Dutch and French cuisine, prepared under the watchful eye of Master Chef Cor Koijmans. The menu changes every six weeks and the staff take the time to talk you through the nightly specials. As you would expect, Van Harte has a superb wine menu.
Van Harte also caters for groups of up to 10 people.
Opening Hours: Open daily - Monday to Saturday from 10.00 to 23.00 and Sunday from 11.00-19.00
